OBJETIVO

Amplify the region HVII of human DNA

Perform the electrophoresis of amplified fragments of DNA and visualize the bands.
The study of mitochondrial DNA allows the diagnosis of kinship by via maternal or studies of ancestrality, in addition to research on neurodegenerative diseases.

Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR)

CONTENIDO DEL KIT

The Kit includes the DNA sample to amplify the desired region, mix of PCR, primers and all the necessary material to carry out the PCR, as pipette tips.

It also includes the work protocols (print).
If you choose the additional material for the preparation of agarose gels and staining of bands, troop-contributing: agarose powder, buffer for the preparation of the agarose gel and buffer of electrophoresis, buffer of burden, dye for staining of the DNA.
