Seed Capital de Bizkaia is a Regional Council company affiliated to Biscay Regional Council’s Department of Economic Development and Innovation (Departamento de Innovación y Promoción Económica de la Diputación Foral de Bizkaia) whose aim is to manage a Venture Capital Fund called "Seed Capital Bizkaia, F.C.R.".

ENISA invested in Vita Aidelos´project. ENISA is a company attached to the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade, through the Directorate General of SME Policy.

Caixa Capital Risc invested in Vita Aidelos. Through its area for entrepreneurs, "la Caixa" has developed a combination of tools to support, finance and accompany new business initiatives with a high growth potential in Spain.

Vita Aidelos organized the First Biotechnology Contest BIOTECNOLÓGATE!! which was financed by the Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology (FECYT). FECYT is a part of The Ministry of Science and Innovation.

Genoma España is a governmental foundation whose leading trustee is the Ministry of Science and Innovation. The main focus is on the transfer of intellectual assets, technology and innovation and entrepreneurship, particularly in biotechnology, to business. The ministries for health and social affairs (cofounder), environment and rural & marine environments and industry, tourism and trade as well as the regional governments of Navarre and Andalusia also support the activities Genoma España.

Vita Aidelos is member of ASEBIO and also collaborates in the project called “Tu Casa Biotech”.

ASEBIO is the Spanish Association of Biotechnology Companies. ASEBIO brings together companies, associations, foundations, universities, research and technology centers that carry out activities directly or indirectly related to biotechnology in Spain. ASEBIO is part of and supported by EUROPABIO, the European Association for Bioindustries, and a member of the CEOE (Spanish Confederation of Employer’s Organizations) and the SEBBM (Spanish Society for Biochemistry and Molecular Biology).

Vita Aidelos is a member of Iberdidac, who are a national association of Makers and Suppliers of educational materials.

Vita Aidelos collaborates with prestigious R&D investigation groups (DNA Bank – University of the Basque Country and BIOMICS). Their commitment to continuous R&D in order to create new products has resulted in several patents, publications and new services..

DNA Bank belongs to SGIKER (General Research Services) of the Basque Country University. This service supports the investigation in different areas such as Biology, Environmental Science, Biomedicine. Furthermore, the DNA Bank provides a service in the health field.

Vita-Aidelos works in close collaboration with the BIOMICs Research Group from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). This group, which is integrated by more than twenty Physical Doctors and graduates in Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy and Medicine, is mainly focused on characterizing the genetic background of the Basques and reconstructing their evolutionary history. Advances in these fields are then applied to investigations dealing with forensic genetics and diseases, specifically neurodegeneration and cancer, to detect mutations and genetic variants conferring susceptibility to these pathologies.

10. Vita Aidelos collaborates with different Science Museums which organize a wide variety of experiments using our biotechnology kits:

• SCIENCE MUSEUM OF BIZKAIA TECHNOLOGY PARK (BTEK): The Centre for the Interpretation of Technology, BTEK, has been chosen as the best cultural building for 2009 on ArchDaily, the most visited architecture website in the world..
• SCIENCE MUSEUM OF SAN SEBASTIAN (KUTXAESPACIO): Welfare Project of Kutxa. The aim is to introduce the public to cultural and educational resources. This museum is located in the San Sebastian Technology Park.
• VALLADOLID SCIENCE MUSEUM: F Cultural welfare foundation whose aim is to improve the knowledge of scientific and technological culture, facilitating the understanding of scientific developments.
• COSMOCAIXA MADRID MUSEUM: Is a welfare project of “laCaixa” Foundation. This museum has collaborated with Vita Aidelos in the project BIOTECNOLOGATE!! (biotechnology contest).

Vita Aidelos collaborates with the National Biology Olympiad and with the professional association Colegio Oficial de Biólogos de Madrid in Biology Olympiad of Madrid.
